We do. The trader pays us through the checkout on your site and accepts our terms; you present and promote it. You are a distribution partner, not a broker.
A margin on every contract sold through your widgets. The rate is agreed with you and written into your partner agreement.
Monthly. Once a month has closed we send a statement and pay it to your business account.
A refunded sale earns no margin. If it was already paid to you, it comes off your next statement.
